Select the class type that you would like to book and then view the calendar for open dates and times. Rogue Valley Pilates currently offers small group reformer classes for up to two people and private, one-on-one classes. All classes are 50 minutes in length.
If you have never done Pilates on a reformer or other equipment, it is highly recommended that you start with 2-3 private sessions prior to attending a small group class.

Before you book, please note:
- Rogue Valley Pilates is a home-based studio that is in our home including my spouse and two small dogs. The exact location is sent with your reminder email, along with other instructions to help ensure our safety.
- The Pilates studio is located in a large, private room within the house on the second floor. At this time, clients must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the studio.
- There are bathroom facilities available onsite for client use.

Duo Group Classes

Private Classes
Enjoy a fully customized Pilates experience in a supportive, one-on-one setting. This private session incorporates a variety of equipment-including the Reformer, Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Ladder Barrel, and more-tailored to your unique goals, fitness level, and accessibility needs. Your instructor will guide you through exercises designed to build strength, increase mobility, and support your well-being, ensuring you feel confident and empowered every step of the way. Perfect for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners seeking a personalized approach.
